Distinctive characteristics of the form:

has a one line advertisement above the C of A heading (two versions) and a single line "THE INFORMATION ..." under the heading area;

The main distinctions between the two varieties are:
6A: heading at the top is USE THE TELEPHONE TO SEND YOU TELEGRAMS (no inverted commas);
6B: heading at the top is "FOR QUICK SERVICE USE THE TELEGRAPH";
three unframed advertisements on the reverse (printed in blue);
message area occupies only 36% of the form;
